Role Purpose:
Responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various Rolls-Royce sites. As part of the role you will ensure that the projects are delivered to meet JLL & Rolls-Royce’s standards in regard to health, safety, quality, cost and programme, whilst complying as a Principal Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls-Royce standards. You must be qualified in a related trade, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc.
Location & contract basis: This is a full time, permanent salaried role based from Inchinnan. We are not considering freelance/contractors for this role.
What you will be doing
* You will have responsibility for the execution of projects with potential values between £50k to £15m, across various Rolls-Royce sites in Inchinnam.
* Manage the projects in accordance with the requirements of the NEC3 Framework Contract and ensure projects are delivered to the agreed contract programme.
* You will provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams (including sub-contractors and suppliers), promoting behavioural safety improvements, ensuring our suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workforce follow company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Engineering standards.
