Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a new £15m Healthcare project
* Manage live projects from start to finish
* Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
* Collaborate with commercial and operational teams
* Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
* Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
Person Specification
* Proven experience delivering high quality construction projects
* Strong technical background and contractual knowledge (JCT preferred)
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Experience with reputable contractors
* Professional, organised, and solution-focused
* Construction qualifications
