Project Manager – Coventry – Civil Rail – Network Rail Station Upgrade Salary: £50-£60k+pkg + lodgeLocation: Coventry, MidlandsRegions: Midlands, South West, Wiltshire A Top Civil Engineering Main Contractor are looking for a Project Manager to join their Rail sector, working on Station Upgrades based out of Coventry for 2 ½ years before moving on to projects in the South West (full lodging and expenses paid). The Project Manager will require a knowledge of tendering as well as project delivery experience within the Civil Rail Environment. Key Duties

Responsible for the business results of the project Project organisation and definition and regulation of responsibilities Communicate all project requirements to the project team Set and agree challenging stretch targets for all team members Establish communications with Client/Representative Organise the flow of information between the whole integrated project team members and third parties Implement the management system within the project team Lead HSQE management Approve Project IMS Plan and appoint duties Evaluate opportunities and risks Organise planning management Establish procurement deadlines Review and revision of contract programme Establish works packages Cooperate in the awarding of contracts to sub contractors and suppliers Contract management and supervision of project progress Responsible for project controlling Change management process Identify and coordinate training requirements Represent the project to internal stakeholders with period commercial and delivery reporting Collaborate in the recruitment of staff

What we are looking for

Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or similar Previous experience as a Project Manager on Civil Rail projects Project Management experience Excellent leadership and tendering skills Valid Full UK Drivers licence
