Role Overview

To lead and manage ViiV’s integration into GSK’s enterprise-wide compliance program for the new US Data Protection legislation. The role ensures ViiV can demonstrate full compliance across all business functions and make a legal declaration to the US Department of Justice, safeguarding ViiV’s license to operate.

Key Responsibilities

Define project objectives and deliverables. Identify and engage stakeholders. Advise on project challenges and barriers. Create and manage the project plan. Maintain RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions). Plan and manage governance processes. Monitor progress and provide reporting. Facilitate meetings. Manage change processes. Manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

3-5 years' experience in Project Management. Ability to engage and manage stakeholders across multiple functions. Experience with governance planning and RAID log management. Skilled in progress monitoring, reporting, and meeting facilitation. Familiarity with change management principles.
