Play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of development schemes. You will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, contributing to positive outcomes for residents and communities. Working closely with the Senior Development Manager, internal teams and external partners, you will support schemes through delivery, handover and defects, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, audit and health & safety requirements while promoting effective collaboration and clear oversight throughout the project life-cycle. The role is hybrid requiring attendance at our offices in High Wycombe for at least 2 days per week, plus there may be some travel to sites within our area of operation, which includes Bucks, Herts, Oxfordshire and Beds postcodes so a driving licence and regular access to a vehicle is essential.
