Project Managers | Development Consultancy Arm of Major Interdisciplinary Architecture Firm | London


An opportunity has arisen for experienced Project Managers to join a leading Development Consultancy team in London. This full-time role offers the chance to work on significant projects within a collaborative and supportive environment.


The position involves administering residential cladding and remediation schemes, alongside a broader range of Employer’s Agent work with affordable housing providers. There may also be opportunities to contribute to the procurement and delivery of new-build residential projects. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of Building Safety Regulations and processes.


Candidates should have proven experience in contract administration of JCT building contracts, including payment processes and contract arrangements, and be confident in chairing and minuting meetings. While contract negotiation skills are desirable, they are not essential. This role is ideal for those looking to progress their career and work towards chartership (RICS/CIOB) under the guidance of an experienced team.
