As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of operational delivery, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high-quality customer relationships and ensuring that profitability is not just maintained but improved.

\nSafety First: Champion our safety-first message throughout all project activities.

\nBid Participation: Engage in bid activities to create professional, profitable proposals that meet customer expectations.

\nPre-Commencement Management: Collaborate with the Pre-construction Manager to manage pre-commencement activities.
\n
\nMaximize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability during the delivery phase.
\n
\nCustomer Requirements: Ensure precise understanding and execution of customer requirements through thorough scope reviews.
\n
\nRisk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks.
\n
\nTeam Leadership: Lead your team, including specialist sub-contractors, through all project stages to successful completion.
\n
\nContract Reviews: Conduct contract reviews and prepare necessary reports and project data.
\n
\nBusiness Planning: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to prepare and update business plans.
\n
\nCustomer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
\n
\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n
\n
Demonstrable experience in electrical building services within a construction environment.
\n
Industry-recognized electrical trade or professional qualification.
\n
Completion of an apprenticeship in an electrical discipline.
\n
Specific experience working on high-value projects.
\n
Ability to obtain security clearance.
\n
