About The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects across the full lifecycle—from initiation to delivery and benefits realisation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the strategic objectives of the force.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, applying your knowledge of project management methodologies to deliver meaningful change. Due to the nature of the role, experience in management of Evidential Property would be advantageous, but experience in stock control systems may be transferable. You’ll be supported by a team of specialists and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the force.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to transform and improve Evidential Property Management
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure business readiness and benefits realisation planning
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong understanding of project governance and risk management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Evidence of developing and implementing Property Management systems, or stock control systems
- A supportive and inclusive working environment
