Project Manager - Facade/Cladding - London
The Company
My client are an established Facade Contractor, with a stable turnover and healthy profit margins.
Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial.
The company place a very strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover.
Offices in London and Essex.
The Role - Project Manager (Facade/Cladding)
My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to join them on projects in London.
Your focus will be delivering the project safely, on time, on budget, and to a standard the client is happy with.
Ensuring works meets quality standards, follows health & safety rules, and stays on programme.
You’ll be the key point of contact for the client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, keeping communication clear, preventing delays, and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Managing programmes
*Previous experience in Facade/Cladding project management is essential*
