Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to manage the delivery of recladding and façade projects. This is a client-facing role requiring commercial awareness, excellent programme management, and the ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex façade schemes on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of façade project delivery, from mobilisation to completion.

Oversee programme management, labour allocation, and subcontractor coordination.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for tier 1 contractors.

*

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, following company processes.

Monitor project costs, manage risk, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

*

Support pre-construction planning, including resource planning and method statements.

*

Drive continuous improvement through effective use of systems and company processes.

Candidate Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Façade Project Manager, ideally on recladding or refurbishment projects.

*

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts.

*

Excellent programme and labour management skills.

*

Experience working with tier 1 contractors and multiple client types.

*

Strong communication and client-facing skills.

*

Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions on-site and during planning.

*

Knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations related to façade works.
