Key Responsibilities Participate in pre-start meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and establish clear objectives. Manage contracts from initial implementation through to practical completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Oversee and support site supervisors, taking full responsibility for the scope of works within their requirements. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to current legislation, specifications, and compliance with relevant Building regulations and British Standards for Passive Fire Protection. Enforce health and safety protocols across all sites to maintain a safe working environment for staff and stakeholders. Maintain quality standards to deliver projects that meet client expectations and industry benchmarks. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
