Job Description

Project Manager – Fit Out | London | £350 per day\n\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering high-profile, high-spec fit out schemes across London. This is an immediate start opportunity working with a Tier 1 main contractor on a prestigious flagship project.\n\nYou will take full responsibility for managing the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a strong leader who can drive performance on fast-paced schemes while maintaining excellent client relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Overall management of site operations and day-to-day project delivery\n\n * \n\n Leading and coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades\n\n * \n\n Managing and updating project programmes to ensure milestones are achieved\n\n * \n\n Overseeing health & safety compliance and ensuring a safe working environment\n\n * \n\n Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works meet specification\n\n * \n\n Chairing site meetings and providing clear progress reports to senior management\n\n * \n\n Managing logistics, sequencing, and procurement of materials\n\n * \n\n Maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication throughout the project\n\n * \n\n Driving projects through to successful completion and handover\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Demonstrable experience delivering high-value commercial fit out projects in London\n\n * \n\n Previous experience working with Tier 1 main contractors\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership and client-facing abilities\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid ()\n\n * \n\n Available to start immediately\n\nThis freelance position offers £350 per shift and the opportunity to be part of a high-profile scheme with a leading Tier 1 contractor.\n\nSubmit your CV for immediate consideration
