Project Manager - CAT A & CAT B Fit Out - London

A well-established and highly respected fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing London team. The company delivers high-quality CAT A & CAT B office fit out projects across the commercial sector, working with leading clients and consultants.

The Role

Lead the delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution
Take full ownership of programme, quality, and health & safety on site
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor progress and drive works to meet key deadlines and milestones
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Key Requirements

Proven experience delivering CAT A & CAT B fit out projects as a Project Manager
Strong understanding of commercial office fit out environments
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced programmes
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, variations, and project costs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Stable career history within the fit out sector
