Project Manager (fixed-term contract)

In this role you will ensure the delivery of the Global Career Framework programme's Job Architecture Design phase with the highest possible quality, meeting agreed scope and within budget. You will report into the Global Head of Workforce Strategy & Organisation Development.
What you'll do:
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan and manage project workstreams, ensuring alignment with global stakeholders, realistic timelines, and effective resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to align expectations and ensure successful delivery.
- Scope, Risk & Budget Control: Oversee programme scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring proactive issue resolution and adherence to estimates.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication through regular status updates, risk reporting, and checkpoint documentation.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project documentation meets EDA standards from initiation to post-implementation, with proper sign-offs.
- Post-Delivery Support: Lead seamless handovers, conduct implementation reviews, and ensure ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
- Process Improvement: Improve project management practices and contribute to best practice development.
- Team Leadership: Support a geographically diverse project team, promoting agile working.

What you'll need to bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management;
- Trained/Experience in scrum;
- University Degree level in related major;
- Excellent written and spoken English
