OverviewWhat’s The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our project management team in the Liverpool Office. To be considered for this role you must have in-depth experience gained in project management within the healthcare sector. If you can evidence consultancy construction project management experience this role will offer you the opportunity to lead on projects both independently and under the guidance of a project director.ResponsibilitiesAbility to successfully deliver projects and support in the management client relationshipsProven construction project management and managing professional teams experience requiredExperience across the pre-construction and construction stages of a projectExperience of report writingAn ability to take on responsibility and act with a level of independence of senior management when called forAn understanding of both NEC and JCT contracts would be beneficialQualifications and SkillsConstruction project management experience is essentialExperience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft ProjectDegree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be consideredProfessional accreditation or working towards professional accreditation desirable (RICS, CIOB, APM)Experience of delivering presentations and holding client facing meetingsExcellent communication skills and problem-solving skillsExperience in report writingWe are looking for a team worker, who is outgoing, proactive, and personable.
