Head of Shafts – Major Infrastructure Programme London (North Acton) | Permanent |

An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Shafts to join a major infrastructure programme in London, delivering a portfolio of complex heavy civils works within a Tier 1 principal contractor environment. This role will oversee delivery across four major projects (circa £200M each), including shaft construction, underground interfaces, reinforced concrete structures and associated civil works. While only one shaft involves excavation, the role requires broad experience across large-scale infrastructure delivery and multi-site management.

The Role You will provide leadership across multiple project teams, acting as the senior point of coordination for delivery, programme performance, and risk management. Key responsibilities include:
