Project Manager - Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC - London

Design and build contractor who specialises in commercial projects looking for a Project Manager to manage projects mainly in London. Suitable for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Managers, and Contract Engineers with strong project management experience and excellent customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities include managing approximately 10 direct reports plus subcontractor labor.

Package:

• Salary: £80,000
• Travel expenses paid
• Performance bonus

Requirements:

• Plumber, Electrician, HVAC Engineer, or Mechanical/Building Services Engineer
• Strong project management experience, including management of subcontractors and procurement
• Lives within commuting distance to London
• Based from home with office visits when needed
