Role Responsibilities:

Act as the key interface between Division Directors and the delivery organisation.

Advise Division Directors on project performance and define project or proposal requirements.

Lead project initiation and ensure alignment with divisional objectives and expectations.

Take full accountability for delivery against agreed scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits.

Prepare and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and weekly forecasts.

Provide regular, accurate performance reporting to Division Directors and senior management.

Appoint and oversee Study Managers, Project Engineers, and project controls resources as required.

Coordinate with Engineering and Project Controls Leads to secure timely resourcing and workload forecasting.

Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Ensure effective risk, change, governance, and compliance management while supporting business development activities.
