The Role: Project Manager

The Location: Altrincham

Employment: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

The Role:

This is a Project Manager role and is open to individuals with a number of years under their belt. You will ideally have some experience office fit out projects. You will have an overview of general site activities, health and safety, sub-contractors, trades, and labour. As the project is coming to an end you will also have the role of snagging so you will ideally have some experience in carrying this out.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manage quality control within all sites including regular site audits Carry out progress meetings including liaising with architects, clients and Project Managers/Site Managers.

* Ensure all Health and Safety documentation and RAMS are completed and be point of contact with the Health & Safety Manager and any external consultants.

* Ensure all test packs are being completed.

* Take ultimate responsibility for job delivery and carry out final inspections of all completed works.

Requirement:

* Experience working as a Project Manager.

* Experience working on office fit out projects.

* SMSTS or SSSTS.

* Black or Gold CSCS.
