Project Manager – Design & Build Fit Out Contractor | M4 Corridor Salary: Up to £60,000 Bonuses Location: M4 Corridor (Bristol / Bath / Swindon) ️ Sector: Design & Build | Commercial Fit Out | CAT A / CAT B ️ ♂️ For my client – a leading D&B contractor with a growing regional presence Are you an ambitious Project Manager with experience delivering Design & Build fit out projects? I’m recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and well-respected D&B contractor that’s expanding its operations across the M4 Corridor, delivering exceptional commercial and workplace interiors for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its collaborative culture, design-led approach, and strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat business. The Role As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of CAT A and CAT B fit out projects from concept to completion - typically valued up to £5 million. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate with design and delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
