We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major civil engineering scheme in Bristol. This is a long-term opportunity on a significant infrastructure framework, offering 15 months of confirmed work and strong potential for ongoing projects thereafter. You’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, programme, and commercial targets are met. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll drive progress, manage stakeholders, and maintain exceptional standards across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering works. * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client interfaces. * Monitor programme performance, budgets, and risk management. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards. * Report progress to senior management and stakeholders. * Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team. Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent understanding of NEC contracts (ideally NEC3 or NEC4). * Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * CSCS, SMSTS, and relevant project management qualifications desirable.
