IT Project Manager – £50,000–£70,000 DOE (Pro Rata Considered) Hybrid – 2 Days per Week in London

Are you a proactive, detail-driven IT Project Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering impact? We’re partnering with a leading consultancy to find an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a busy technology pipeline.

About the Role

As the IT Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organisational goals. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive progress, remove blockers, and maintain strong governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse IT project portfolio from planning through to delivery.

Own and control project budgets up to £500,000, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost management.

Use Jira to manage workflows, sprints, and delivery timelines.

Maintain documentation, governance, and project visibility through Confluence.

Hold business stakeholders accountable for agreed actions, timelines, and deliverables.

Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure project decisions are well communicated.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors as required.

Experience & Skills Required

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a digital or technology-focused environment.

Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, with experience managing full project pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to own project budgets up to £500k.

Confident stakeholder manager who can influence, challenge, and drive accountability.

Excellent communication, organisation, and delivery-focused mindset.
