An exciting opportunity for a Senior Trading Project Manager to join this world leading Energy Trading company.

Must have Commodity Trading experience.

London office based 3 days a week.

c.£800-£900 per day PAYE

About The Role:

Senior Business Facing Trading Project Manager:

Working on a large programme of delivery work for a new freight handling system. The company is transitioning from a 30 year old in-house system, which has been used in different ways by various teams, to a new SaaS based system. The teams are building some bespoke add-ons to get around a number of issues that have arisen.

Your Background Needs To Include:

• Project/Programme Manager: A seasoned professional is needed to set the vision, develop the narrative and align many stakeholders

• Solid experience within Freight/Commodities Trading is essential for this role

• Engagement and Communication: The manager must engage stakeholders at the right time and in the right way, keeping them updated and involved

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
