Job Description
Project Manager Required \n\nThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of RC Frame and groundworks projects from start to finish.\nThis includes ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget,\nand to the required quality standards. The PM will liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams, managing resources, developing programmes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.\n\nResponsibilities (PROJECT MANAGER)\n* Must have experience working as a Sub-Contractor experience. \n*Develop and manage detailed construction programmes and schedules.\n*Monitor progress against programme milestones and take corrective action as required.\n*Oversee health and safety compliance across all site operations, ensuring RAMS are in place and adhered to.\n*Monitor and manage project budgets and costs, including subcontractor and supplier payments.\n*Lead project meetings, coordinate design and technical submissions, and liaise with\nstakeholders.\n*Review and authorise site reports, resource allocations, and procurement schedules.\n*Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.\n*Maintain effective communication across site teams, directors, clients, and third parties.\n*Ensure quality assurance procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout.\n\nCandidate requirements (PROJECT MANAGER)\n*NVQ LVL 6 or Degree or HNC in Civil\n*Engineering, Construction Management, or related field\n*Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within RC Frame or groundworks sector.\n\n*SMSTS\n*CSCS Black Card\n*First Aid certification\n*Temporary Works Coordinator\n*Proficient in Asta power project.\n*Working Awareness of various document management systems.\n*Demonstrable experience managing health & safety, programme, and costs.\n*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills\n\n\nIf this Project Manager Vacancy is of interest to you, then please apply today with your up to date CV or call Carly on 02036685680 ext 113.
