Job Description
Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and galvanise individuals to a common goal Build and shape project plans for new brand transformation programme Establish new cadence and rhythm of reporting and ensuring adherence to governance Provide RACI of stakeholders Capturing and proactively managing key Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies to avoid blockers Produce clear communication plans to promote transparency Work with multiple governance teams to ensure consistent and timely communications Ensuring 3rd party suppliers are meeting contractual obligations Work with 3rd parties to engage in ways or working across programme
Specific Skills:
Able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands Previous experience with setting up and starting up projects Ability to go from detail to summary for the correct audience Ultra organised - to ensure they meet the demands of a fast paced and unpredictable working environment Ability to bring organisation and structure in an environment with multiple stakeholders and demands Good JIRA and MS Suite knowledge and working experience Experience with Brand integration is highly desirable but not essential Experience with mergers & acquisitions is desirable but not essential
