Contract Senior Project Manager - London Location: St Paul's, London (site-based) Contract Duration: Approx. 35 weeks (including 9 weeks demolition) Rate: Circa £425 per day Start: ASAP Project Overview * Value: £10m * Type: Full demolition followed by CAT B commercial fit-out * Scope: o 5 floors basement o Approx. 30 sq ft per floor o Kitchen & canteen installation * * Central London project with typical logistical constraints Role We are seeking a contract Senior Project Manager to take the project from pre-construction through to completion. The role requires strong commercial capability and hands-on experience delivering London fit-out projects. The Senior PM will manage delivery via 2 Construction Managers on site and will report into the Construction Director (who reports to the Head of Construction).
