Responsibilities Lead retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space projects operationally and commercially. Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and programmes. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards. What we want Go-getter with ambition, drive, and a solutions-focused mindset. Able to manage up to two projects concurrently. Candidate Proven experience in commercial fit-out across multiple sectors. Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams. What you'll bring Commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
