Project Manager – Civil Engineering | Marine & Bridge Projects (ECI) Location: Hybrid – occasional office visits Contract: 3 months (potential extension) Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? Do you have experience within marine or tidal estuary environments (ECI stage)? If so, I would love to speak with you. This is a standalone Project Manager role — highly autonomous and focused on leading from a commercial, consultancy and ECI governance perspective rather than site-based delivery. In addition to a key tidal estuary scheme, there are several bridge projects at ECI stage requiring support. The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering a specific framework and associated projects, including both marine and bridge schemes at ECI stage. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own diary and programme of works Leading pricing exercises and developing programme submissions Developing procurement strategies Driving early subcontractor involvement Producing supplier & subcontractor market engagement summaries Framework and preferred supplier selection Overall ECI governance and documentation Producing budgets, options appraisals and programmes Working on technically complex and sensitive schemes This role requires someone comfortable operating independently, engaging senior stakeholders, and steering projects through pre-construction and ECI phases.
