We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong civil engineering expertise to support the delivery of a complex infrastructure remediation scheme. You will play a key role in delivering an innovative relining project designed to remediate a critical gravity sewer asset located above major transport infrastructure. This essential wastewater asset transfers flows from a large catchment area and forms a vital part of London’s infrastructure network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project delivery from planning through to completion

*

Develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6

*

Manage NEC 3/4 contract delivery and short-term planning

*

Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements

*

Liaise with stakeholders, technical teams, and operational interfaces including transport infrastructure

Essential

*

Proven Project Management experience within Heavy Civils, Rail, Water and/or Utilities sectors

*

Strong civil engineering background (degree qualified or equivalent experience )

*

Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor experience

*

Primavera P6 programming experience

*

Experience managing NEC 3/NEC 4 contracts

*

Demonstrable subcontractor management experience

Experience

Experience working on major water infrastructure projects

*

Experience working within rail or transport interface environments

*

NRSWA experience

*

Lifting Appointed Person (AP) training or certification
