Project Manager\n\nLocation: Manchester\nProject: £70m Build to Rent Development\nStart Date: Summer 2026\nSector: Residential – High-Rise / Build to Rent\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nA leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark £70m Build to Rent scheme in the heart of Manchester, with works commencing on site this summer.\n\nThis high-profile, city-centre development will comprise a multi-storey residential tower delivering high-specification rental apartments, premium amenity space, and associated infrastructure.
