Job Description
Project Manager – Rail Systems | Melksham, UK
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale rail systems projects from start to finish. You’ll manage technical and commercial aspects, coordinate teams and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
What you’ll do:
Lead project teams and manage client relationships
Define scope, plan resources, track deliverables, and manage budgets
Ensure HSEQ compliance and manage project risks
Report to senior management and drive project change processes
What we’re looking for:
Degree in engineering or a technical discipline
Proven experience managing system-level projects, ideally in rail
Knowledge of project management methods (Prince2/APM )
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel across the UK & Europe
