About the Role: As a Projects Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all operational activities. From leading projects to ensuring compliance and fostering strong client relationships, you'll be at the heart of the company's success.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading the initiation, planning, and closure of projects. Managing day-to-day operations to maintain a safe and profitable environment. Coordinating operational teams, departments, and resources. Maintaining high levels of customer service. Communicating client needs and ensuring compliance throughout projects. Implementing process improvements and quality objectives. Liaising with clients to identify project requirements and objectives. Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports. Ensuring HSE, commercial, and technical compliance. Leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Strong motivation to drive measurable company growth. Previous experience in project delivery. Degree/qualification in a related field . Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience advantageous. Knowledge of quality systems like ISO9001. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
