My client is an independent, director-led Accountancy practice that advises business owners and directors throughout all stages of their business journey - from start-up and growth to succession and exit planning. As part of an international network, they have access to extensive UK and overseas expertise, offering strong support to both clients and staff. Purpose The Project Manager will play a key role in delivering the firm’s strategic transformation programme. This position is responsible for managing internal projects that improve operational efficiency, enhance client experience, and support sustainable growth. The role requires full project life cycle ownership, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Responsibilities • Project Delivery - Lead and manage internal projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets. • Planning & Governance - Develop detailed project plans and apply PRINCE2 (or equivalent) methodology, ensuring clear governance, risk management, and quality control. • Stakeholder Management - Engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership, department heads, and project boards. • Risk & Issue Management - Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues where appropriate. • Team Coordination - Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and collaboration. • Continuous Improvement - Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project management standards across the firm.
