Senior Project Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Package

We are currently representing a leading main contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering prestigious Commercial & Residential projects across the Oxfordshire area and are now looking for a talented Project Manager to join them.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role will require strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and drive teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

Full Project Leadership: Managing all aspects of projects valued between £40m-£90m. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Team Management: Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standards. Programme Control: Ensuring works are completed on time and in accordance with programme schedules. Health & Safety Compliance: Promoting and enforcing the highest safety standards across all activities. Financial Oversight: Managing project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience managing projects valued over £40m, preferably within a main contractor environment. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and commercial awareness. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ambition to progress to Project Director level. A commitment to delivering prestige, quality projects.
