Project Manager – New Build Residential Block Wapping, East London ️ Prestigious Developer | Long-Term Pipeline | Excellent Package A highly regarded and prestigious London developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for delivering a residential block on a flagship new build development in Wapping. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading developer known for delivering high-quality, design-led residential schemes across London, with a strong pipeline of future projects. The Role You will be the Project Manager responsible for managing one residential block from early construction through to completion and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. You’ll work closely with the Construction Director, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery on a major multi-block scheme.
