You will develop your project management career in a dynamic environment, mentored to manage projects within an innovative engineering company. You will witness the direct impact of your work as projects move from concept through to delivery, contributing to new product introduction, product changes and R&D initiatives.
Working in a state-of-the-art facility, you will join a busy and collaborative team managing around 20 live projects at any one time. You will gain hands-on experience across a varied portfolio, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and development-focused initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate stakeholders, track progress, manage timelines and drive successful delivery using structured project management methodologies such as stage-gate frameworks.
The company is open to industry backgrounds, provided you have at least 1 year of experience managing and successfully delivering end-to-end projects. This role would also suit a Project Engineer looking to move into a dedicated Project Management position. You’ll need to be confident, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project will be highly beneficial, but similar tools are welcome. There is a slight flexibility to work from home, but it is an on-site role. This company have a great reputation for investing in its staff and developing its employees.
This role requires:
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering projects
• Understanding of structured PM methodologies (stage-gate or similar)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Microsoft Project
