A successful high end construction consultancy based in Waterloo are searching for a talented MRICS Project Manager to join their team, who brings experience delivering the full lifecycle of schemes across the prime residential sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The MRICS Project Manager will be joining a small, close knit project management consultancy that are renown for delivering high quality schemes in the prime residential sector. The MRICS Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which include both new build and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £5m-£75m. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The Project Manager will be joining a director led consultancy consisting of the project director, associate director, 3x senior project managers and 2 project managers. The MRICS Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which are located in London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Arranging meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Experience working for a UK construction consultancy Prime residential sector experience A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) BSc/MSc Project Management Confident at managing schemes simultaneously Good awareness of pre and post contract stages Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £60,000-£70,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave bank holiday Flexible working Work Laptop / Phone Quarterly bonuses up to 20% Strong pension contribution Positive work environment Quarterly company eventsIf you are a hard-working MRICS Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a growing, successful construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
