Project Manager - Live Events Production\nLondon with UK Travel | Up to £65.000 pa + Benefits\n\nA growing Live Events Production business is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex live events across the UK, ideally from a Technical background but this is not essential depending on experience in the industry.\n\nThis company produces large scale corporate events, brand activations, product launches and awards shows for well known organisations. Their work combines creative production with high level technical delivery across audio, video, lighting and staging.\n\nThey are now looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early planning through to show day who might also have a bit of a Technical grasp as well.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will manage the planning and delivery of live events, working closely with production teams, venues, technicians and clients.\n\nProjects range from conferences and brand activations to large scale productions in high profile venues.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nPlanning technical requirements for live events\nCreating equipment lists across audio, video and lighting\nPreparing technical documentation and event schedules\nManaging project budgets and delivery timelines\nLiaising with venues, suppliers and internal teams\nPreparing RAMS and health and safety documentation \n\nDuring event delivery you will:\n\nBrief technical teams and freelance crew\nManage installation and rehearsals on site\nOversee technical delivery during the live event\nAct as the key technical contact for the client\nTroubleshoot technical issues during build and showYou will often be managing several projects simultaneously at different stages of production.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou will come from a background within live events or production, ideally from a Technical side.\n\nYou may currently work as a Senior AV Technician, Production Manager, Technical Manager or Technical Project Manager and want to take greater ownership of projects.\n\nYou should have:\n\nExperience within live events, production or technical AV delivery\nGood understanding of audio, video, lighting or staging systems\nExperience creating equipment lists or technical specifications\nStrong organisation and planning skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines\nConfidence working on site during build and live events\nExcellent communication with clients, crew and suppliers \n\nWhy Join?\n\nWork on high profile events and brand experiences\nDeliver projects in well known venues across the UK\nBe involved from early planning through to live show delivery\nJoin a collaborative production environment\nOpportunity to grow within a successful events production company \n\nPackage\n\n£45,000 - £65,000 pa depending on experience \nPrivate Healthcare\nTraining and Progression Opportunities\nFlexible working options\n33 days holiday including public holidays \n\nCompany details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.\n\nKeywords\n\nTechnical Project Manager, Live Events Production, Event Production Manager, AV Project Manager, Production Manager Events, Technical Event Manager, Live Event Technician, Senior AV Technician, Event Production Engineer, Audio Visual Production, Lighting Production, Staging Production, Corporate Events Production, Event Technical Manager\n\nINDAV
