Project Manager - ManchesterWe are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to deliver MEP packages across construction projects for a main contractor. The role involves managing projects from design and procurement through to delivery and commissioning, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience with a Main ContractorSMSTS, CSCS Card, and Full UK Driving LicenceBased within 60 miles of WarringtonStrong experience delivering MEP projects including civil and fit-out elementsConfident managing design coordination, programme delivery, and technical queries (RFIs / TQs)Understanding JCT/NEC ContractsDBS ClearanceThe RoleManage MEP project delivery from pre-construction to completionCoordinate design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersMonitor programme milestones and project risksChair meetings, produce progress reports, and maintain project recordsWork with commercial teams to manage variations and contractual requirementsEnsure HSEQ standards are maintained at all timesJob details:Start Date - ASAPLocation - Manchester Salary - £65,000 to £75,000 PAYEJBRP1_UKTJ
