Our company is an international aviation spare parts supplier, providing a wide range of services including aircraft teardown and components repair, MRO and maintenance, engine and APU repairs.

Eftec Aero is looking for an experienced Project Manager (MRO experience) to lead and deliver complex aviation projects, including aircraft teardown, spare parts trading, and new business initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aviation projects end-to-end — from initiation to completion and reporting
• Lead projects related to aircraft teardown (parting out), disassembly, and spare parts sales
• Coordinate large-scale purchase and sale transactions of spare parts batches
• Identify and develop relationships with partners, suppliers, and distributors
• Build and maintain distribution networks and long-term partnerships
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead contract negotiations and manage stakeholder communication at all levels
• Use project management tools to plan, track, and report progress

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry
• Proven experience managing aviation-related projects (teardown, disassembly, spare parts trading, or similar)
• Strong ability to manage projects “from concept to completion”
• Experience in partner and supplier acquisition and management
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in risk management, contract handling, and high-level negotiations
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
