Project Manager - Operational Excellence

Location: Brize Norton (100% onsite)

Rate: PAYE (£41.10/hr) or Umbrella (£55.00/hr)

Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

Security Clearance: BPSS+ (ITAR restrictions apply)

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Operational Excellence System (OES) projects from start to finish Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across engineering operations Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment Apply Agile methodologies to streamline delivery Influence stakeholders and manage expectations with confidence Integrate lessons learned and proactively manage risks and opportunities Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure project successWhat We're Looking For
