Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of planned maintenance and major repairs projects
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, taking the lead on procurement and contract administration.
  • Preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.

Essentials

  • It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects.
  • Were looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands-on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector.
  • Youll pair this with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
  • Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.
