I am hiring for Project Manager – Property & Infrastructure (M&E / CDM)

Location: Exeter, UK (Hybrid – Initially 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of property and infrastructure projects including M&E, decommissioning, and refurbishment
• Apply CDM regulations effectively across construction and property-related projects
• Manage stakeholders and ensure strong engagement across all project phases
• Coordinate project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver within scope
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and governance processes to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive project execution with strong leadership, ensuring collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
