They are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Project Manager with design management and quantity surveying experience to deliver small-to-medium scale residential conversions of upper parts of retail premises. This is a hybrid PM/DM/QS role, with responsibility for projects from post-planning through design, tendering, procurement, and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
