Morson Vital currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a couple years Rail experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow and develop their initial skills in a fast-growing company.

Salary : Up to £60k per annum

Responsibilities:
Maintain the project schedule by tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and addressing any issues that arise.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard while ensuring strong health and safety practices across all work sites.
Manage the project plan by reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, and schedules, recommending adjustments as needed. Oversee project costs by approving expenditures and managing contractor contracts.

About You:
Possess strong knowledge of railway project delivery, a solid understanding of CDM regulations, and familiarity with rail-specific health and safety requirements.
Apply Network Rail processes and procedures to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and safe design, construction, commissioning, and technical activities across relevant projects.
Negotiate contracts with external suppliers to secure favourable terms, and work closely with engineers, architects, and other specialists to define project specifications.
Develop a detailed project plan to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget, monitor progress, and clearly communicate updates to clients and team members.
Maintain ongoing communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to keep them fully informed of project status.
