Project Manager | Main Contractor | Flagship Scheme | Clapham, London - £100K


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established residential contractor delivering their flagship project in Clapham.


This is a business with genuine momentum. They’ve secured this scheme through a long-standing client relationship, built on trust and repeat delivery. It’s a key project for the business and will play a big part in their continued growth.


We are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in excess of £10 million.


The Role:

  • Lead the delivery of a flagship scheme from pre-construction through to completion
  • Manage programme, budget, quality and client expectations
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
  • Maintain and strengthen an already established client relationship
  • Drive project performance and ensure successful delivery


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects £10m+
  • Strong background in residential refurbishment cut & carve projects
  • Experience delivering office to residential conversions would be highly advantageous
  • Alternatively, strong new build Project Managers will also be considered
  • Commercially aware with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to take ownership of a key project within a growing business
  • If you have worked on JCT contracts this would be advantageous
