I am on a mission to find them a passionate Project Manager . This is a key role to support their growth trajectory and ensure that their current estate is as gorgeous as it can be. This group do things brilliantly and have a reputation for over-achieving. About the role: While the group have a great pipeline of new openings on the slate, this role will be primarily responsible for the refurbishment and refreshing of the current estate. Projects will be varied – from light touch to full-scale remodelling. It will be a key figure in the property team and will work alongside the Operations Team, General Managers and Head Chefs to ensure restaurants run efficiently and do not lose their shine. Each site has a little bit of history and its own personality, so you will need to get under the skin of each and be able to prioritise where investment is needed.
