- Contract duration- Till May 2027
- Day rate - £600 via umbrella
First Line of Defense (1LoD) Transaction Trade Capture Risk Management (“TTCRM”) Team, through a centralised risk agnostic approach and in partnership with stakeholders across all lines of defense, support Process and Risk Owners in identifying and assessing the exposure of Markets Businesses to risks inherent and emerging within trade capture activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with product area stakeholders to remediate identified gaps.
- Define business expectations for proposed controls in order to meet the regulatory commitments and business objectives.
- Work with Second Line of Defence stakeholders to ensure there is oversight on identified gaps and action plans.
- Partner with Product Area to produce communications and guidance around project initiative including hosting stakeholder working groups, including preparation of guides and providing walkthroughs
- Work with Audit and other Control groups to investigate control failures and drive forward control enhancement initiatives
- Contribute to project management activities governing controls implementation, including
reporting on Project Status on a weekly and adhoc basis to senior management
Key skills required:
- Relevant industry experience in: Markets in-business management / FO control function,
- technology (BA) or other relevant change functions
- Experience in working on control analysis, working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver remediation plans.
- Subject matter expertise in Markets traded products and related control principles
- Proven track record in collaboration across different businesses, regions and/or support functions
- Excellent communication skills up to senior level
- Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
