Proven ability to co-ordinate multiple activities and work streams, handling shifting demands and priorities, to deliver a customer requirement or business benefit.Stakeholder management and stakeholder engagementExcellent communication skills, with a proven track record of successful liaison with stakeholders at all levels.Deep understanding of property projectsStrong leaderships skills no Line Manager responsibilities with this role but there is task management, leading, and motivating involved.Strong understanding of CDM regulationsDesirable:Public sector experienceThis role will lead several high-profile projects, including:The relocation of the organisations Archive, a nationally significant collection requiring careful planning, stakeholder engagement, and management of specialist handling and environmental requirements.The decommissioning of systems within IT Halls, followed by the repurposing and refurbishment of these spaces for new operational needs.Key duties are:Delivery Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.Project Management Day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team.Business Case Coordinate development of the project Business Case.Budget Track delivery within budget.Resources Schedule and manage resources to deliver the project.Stakeholder Management Identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships.Risks & Issues Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.Governance Provide key reports and support effective governance and decision making.Assurance Support or set appropriate project assurance.Guidance & Support Seek appropriate support, guidance and coaching from the project community.Project Performance & Controls Build Project Plan and apply appropriate project principles to deliver stated objectives. Identify and set appropriate Project Controls.
