Project Manager – Signage\n Remote with regular travel to Brackley/Manchester-based office\n £40K - £45K Commission & Car Allowance \n\nWe’re working with a well-established and growing signage business that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale signage projects from initial brief through to final sign-off.\n\nReporting directly into a senior operational leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and completion of multiple signage projects.\n\nThe Role\n\nDefining client requirements, project scope, and objectives\nSupporting clients with technical specifications and solutions\nPlanning, implementing, and managing detailed project timelines\nCreating and maintaining full project plans and task schedules\nAttending site meetings and carrying out site surveys as required\nRaising accurate additional works and snagging requests\nResponding to quotation and variation requests\nCoordinating internal teams and liaising across multiple departments\nManaging snagging, extras, and evolving client requirements\nOverseeing project sign-off and compiling documentation for invoicing\nEnsuring compliance with health & safety policies and equipment care\nAttending and presenting at both client-facing and internal meetings\nMaintaining flexibility and supporting wider business needs when requiredThe Ideal Candidate\n\nThis role would suit a Project Manager with a signage background, ideally within architectural projects\n\nProven project management experience within the signage industry\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nA professional, positive, and customer-focused approach\nConfidence working with both internal teams and external clients\nFlexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines\nA proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile\nStrong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills\nSolid IT skills: Adobe Illustrator experience is a bonus\nAbility to read and interpret building and technical drawingsSalary and Benefits\n The salary for this role is up to £45K and is dependent on experience. Plus, benefits including commission, car allowance, remote working available, excellent private pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance, and much more. This is a full-time position.
